<Jewelry processing/custom orders>


Semi-custom orders, full custom orders, and chain sales are available.

Reservations are possible with advance notice.

Purchases during live streams>


If you have a desired gemstone, please comment during the stream with

"Stone number + desire to purchase."


We will grant the right to purchase to the first person reflected on our monitor and send a dedicated URL via DM after the stream.

<About returns and exchanges>


We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the characteristics of natural stones (inclusions, color differences, etc.).

In case of product defects, please contact us on the day of arrival.

After we confirm the returned item and if there are no discrepancies with the shipped item, we will proceed with an exchange or refund.
